How to install BleachBit in Manjaro
If your operating system has been installed for a long time, most likely a lot of disk space is occupied by all kinds of garbage such as: application caches, system caches, unnecessary local files or other temporary files.
Therefore, utilities such as BleachBit come in handy when it comes to cleaning up the system. BleachBit is an open source disk space freeing utility available for both Linux and Windows users. In addition to cleaning the disk, BleachBit can upload files to the cloud and overwrite free space on the hard disk to remove traces of files previously stored there. In this tutorial, I'll show you how to install BleachBit in Manjaro.
- Open a terminal, (Ctrl + Alt + T).
- Enter the following command:
sudo pacman -S bleachbit
- Done. Now you can start BleachBit, to do this, enter bleachbit in the terminal or find it through the search in the start menu.
